1. TV Series : Lie to Me [U]
Language: English
Genre: Crime
Seasons: 3 Seasons since 2011
Review: This series is about Cal Lightman a deception scientist and his company the Lightman group investigating crime through the lies they tell. They deal with real science by reading behind the micro-expression concealed within their body movements as well as facial expressions. The show actually shows you how to detect lies but of course since it's a TV series not all is accurate. However it gives you a basis. Cal Lightman is based on a real scientist called Paul Ekman who studies facial to find the truth. Great series, with a hint of Cal x Gillian.
2. TV Series: How I Met Your Mother [P]
Language: English

Review: How I met your mother is about Ted of the future telling his kids the story of how he met his wife/their mother. Sounds ordinary? It teaches us the lessons of life, relationship and how wild/random uncle Barney always is! If you don't know who Barney Stinson is, google him, I heard he's awesome. It's all about laughter pulled by a bunch of beer loving gang who are just plain wacky and crazy. Best watched by siao siao gangs who just love a good laugh. Haha.

Review: Which Asian have never heard of this? Loved and continue being loved! An action actress meets a rich CEO through a mistake and had their bodies switched. The CEO is head over heels over her whether he likes it or not and could never stop thinking of her. It's funny watching both of them swap bodies. You'll adore it! Btw, Hyun Bin who plays Joo Woo in this series is actually the very same guy from My Name Is Kim Sam Soon. Look how much he's grown!
4. K-Drama: Coffee Prince [U]

Review: Another lovable series between a tomboyish girl who just want to make ends meet got hired to work in a Coffee House one day by a rich brat who adores entertainment too much to stay put and build a career. Problem, he wanted MAN only to work in his Coffee House. With a promising pay, the girl posed as a guy and started working hard to earn her living. However, charmed by her, the rich brat couldn't help but starting to feel like he's heading toward the bending road. Which is the humourous part especially when he gets those huggles urge.
5. K-Drama: My Name is Kim Sam Soon [U]

Review: A woman by the name Kim Sam Soon works for a Wine and Bakery luxurious restaurant. She works as a baker while trying to find the perfect date partner because her market is soon to drop due to her age. Her boss, who's way younger than her somehow manages to charm-irritate her in most ways where both of them got out on the wrong foot initially. But soon sparks bloom and pig fly, they soon couldn't resist each other from bed. Haha.
6. K-Drama: Queen of Seondeok [P]
Language: Korean
Genre: Historical/Drama
Season: 1 Season since 2011 with 64 Episodes
Review: Not many love series like this but I love the actors here and how adventurous the story is. Based on true history with some part which are purely fiction, this drama tells the life of a princess born as a twin; a curse to the Sacred Bone lineage. To prevent from losing his family, the king casted away the girl with his most trusted palace maid to mother her far away from his kingdom. Due to her birth, she is also pursued by royale court enemies to use her against the king. She then grew up to be a fine young lady of the dessert a land of trades, a place where she displayed her many trading knowledge and talents. As fate would have it she would eventually return to the palace reluctantly after the death of her twin sister and become the leader of the Hwarangs to secure herself a place in this world. Deokman, her name would eventually be crowned as Queen Seondeok. I love this series for the romance too, where Bidam who is too obsessed with Deokman enough to kill her and himself. The actor of Bidam displayed such strong possessiveness, obssession, selfish, pure innocent love and strong desire enough to give you a heart attack.
7. K-Drama: Pasta [P]
Language: Korean
Genre: Comedy/Romance
Season: 1 Season since 2011 with 20 Episodes
Review: It's not because of my love for pasta that draws me into this show but the ever cuddly Kitchen Assistant being bullied by her awfully egoist but charming Head Chef. Who knew the kind man she met on the street who saved her gold fishies happens to be the same arrogant egoist hot tempered Head Chef. The story revolves around the Kitchen Assistant trying her best to get promoted as a Chef and cook a decent pasta. Romance is thrown in when she became head over heels for the Head Chef when every cringe, scream, yells fired at her becomes love notes to her ears. The plot thickens when his rival and former lover decides to join in their little kitchen just to spice things up. Another awesome drama to watch!
8. K-Drama: Flower Boy Ramyun Shop [U]
Language: Korean
Genre: Comedy/Romance
Season: 1 Season since 2011 with currently running on 4th Episode!
Review: Now this is what I'm talking about! And finally I found a drama where the Scriptwriters know what they're writing about with AWESOME DIRECTING! But it's an adaption from the Sweet and Sour Bakery novel, so I'm giving credits to both the novel and the scriptwriters. This is a randomly witty, randomly sassy, randomly funny, and randonly punny drama and I've come to love it more and MOAR! It's so random that it's SO REFRESHING. It's currently gaining higher ratings and great attention in the media world. The story sets upon a student who accidentally meets a charming man who was 6 years beyond her current age at a toilet in her college. Struck by his charms, she awaits him again to reappear at the moment when she became an Intern Teacher for a high school and destiny took place, and yes they met again with him driving his sports car. All is crushed when he puts on his blazer with his name imprinted as a student of the said high school and to her shock, this charming man in front of her was nothing but a jackass flirtatious little boy. The plot thickens when she had to quit her job due to INTENTIONAL circumstances [JERK!] and take over the Ramyun store her late-father runs with a man claiming her as his wife.
